Who handles your enquiry

DreamxLabs is operated by Panteleimon Patsaoglou, based in Ioannina, Greece (45332), VAT ID EL176555770. You can contact us through the contact form, including for questions or requests about your personal data.

The contact form

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, subject, message and company name if you provide it. The website sends these details by email so we can respond and discuss your request. The form does not sign you up to marketing.

Project enquiries are handled to take steps at your request before a potential contract. Other correspondence is handled for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. The checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not consent to advertising.

Messages are handled through the hosting and email services used to operate the website and mailbox. The application does not store contact submissions in a separate database. Hosting infrastructure may also record technical access information such as IP addresses for operation and security.

Keeping and managing your information

Enquiry correspondence is needed while handling your request and any resulting project. Further retention depends on ongoing correspondence and applicable record-keeping or legal obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

You can ask for access to or correction of your information, or request deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where those rights apply. Use the contact form for a personal data request. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and browser storage

This website’s code sets no analytics or advertising cookies. When you select “Got it” on the notice, we store only the acknowledgement and its expiry time in your browser’s local storage under dreamxlabs-privacy-notice-v1. This is not a tracking identifier and is not sent to our server.

The acknowledgement expires after six months and is removed on your next visit after expiry. You can clear it at any time using your browser’s site-data controls. The notice can also be reopened below. If browser storage is unavailable, the website and form still work.

Links to other websites

Partner websites and external links have their own privacy policies. Their content is not embedded here. Images and scripts are served locally. The Golos Text font is loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser request information when the font is requested.
